Reservations policy: Guests making reservations are expected to make a deposit (via valid credit card) at that time. Deposits equivalent to one night?s stay, and out of pocket expenses (e.g. cruise tickets, theatre tickets, etc) are due in order for the reservation to be confirmed. During Holiday Weekends we reserve the right to not accept one-night reservations, however we may do so on an exception, prepaid, no refund basis.
We do appreciate the unexpected may come up. However, should your plans change after your reservation is confirmed and you notify us 30 days before your arrival, we shall cancel your current reservation and be happy to apply your deposit, good for 12 months, to your next visit with us. If the cancellation is made with less than 30 days notice, we regret to note the deposit is forfeited and you would still be responsible for the entire bill. Because the season is so short, our facilities so limited and our reservation deposit so modest, we trust this guideline is appropriate.

We are pleased to welcome dogs under 30 lbs, in one of our dog-friendly rooms, and must not be left alone. |

Every effort is made to have units ready by 2PM , departure ? no later than 11AM. |
For the comfort of our guests, absolute quiet after 11PM. The Management reserves the right to remove offenders without a refund. |

We have a selection of single rooms, double rooms, family efficiency
suites, and full efficiencies. All rooms are equipped with microwave
ovens and refrigerators. |
Non-smoking establishment. $250 clean up fee for those who choose not to observe our request.
We also reserve the right to levy additional clean up/repair fees should the room be left in a state requiring same. |
